Joe joined Nansemond Insurance in 1976 after graduating from the University of Richmond and working on Virginia’s Eastern Shore for two years as a school teacher. Joe specializes in commercial insureds in Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina. He specializes in fleets, warehousing, and contractors. He is married to Nancy, a retired school principal, and enjoys biking, hunting, his three sons and daughters-in-law, and his 6 grandchildren. Joe is a member of the Suffolk Rotary and Main Street Methodist Church in Suffolk where he teaches Sunday School.
